Working in healthcare is inherently stressful, so it's essential to have coping strategies. Techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and exercise can help you manage stress. You can also try to use aromatherapy with essential oils like lavender, bergamot, or peppermint, to feel more relaxed.

Effective time management

As a nurse, you may have to juggle numerous roles in your personal and professional life. It's crucial to prioritise effective time management. Consider creating a daily to-do list,  try to avoid multitasking, and set realistic goals for yourself. Do not hesitate to say no to extra duties that might disrupt your planned schedule or throw you off balance.
