If you already have an MSN, you can continue with post-Masters certificates to be eligible for certification in other specialties. To expand your scope of practice and advance your career, enrolling in a PMC program will help a lot.

2. Nursing School Can be Challenging but Still Achievable

Nursing degrees can be challenging, be it a diploma program or BSN. You will encounter lots of challenges that may want to discourage you. However, you must make up your mind to overcome these challenges. You have good instructors and advisors who provide sufficient support to help you to succeed.

To succeed in nursing, you must always learn to stay organized and know how to manage your time wisely. Some nursing students do balance their part-time or full-time jobs in addition to earning their nursing degrees.
